In 2024; the region’s mild summer and warm autumn resulted in a gentle and slow ripening period and delayed harvest, producing outstanding fruit. Aromas of shortbread, ripe citrus fruit and citrus blossom, hints of apple, strawberry and oatmeal. The palate is fresh and vibrant with delicate fruit flavours, lemon curd, a creamy texture, fine bead and acid line, with a lovely persistence of flavour.
